Every time I move, I buy this exact same futon because it is extremely comfortable and looks really nice. It sells for $199.99 (I know this cause I keep buying it, and it keeps going up in price every time I buy it). I am moving to South Korea, so obviously I can't take it with me this time as well. I move a lot, so I have to keep buying these things when I get to where I'm going. Anyway, you will need to pick it up. The price is set (it's really low to avoid haggling which I really hate). I won't send it to someone after they send me a fake cashier's check. It's an honest sale, so please scammers, look somewhere else. I am leaving very, very soon for South Korea, so I have to unload this quickly. My visa is already cleared; just waiting on the plane ticket right now. I can be reached at 209-405-0138.

This desk is about 2 years old. I love it but sadly it won't fit in my new apartment, so it needs a new home. In great condition and provides tons of space. All of the dividers are removable/rearrangeable. The white surface on the right is a dry erase board which is very handy. I'll include the little desk chair I have if wanted, nothing fancy just a white folding ikea chair. Retails at $169, I'll sell the desk and chair for $100. I'd be happy to answer any other questions. Bought this tan futon less than a year ago. It's completely clean. It looks like the one in the photo, but it's tan and doesn't have those little pockets. We'll deliver, but it has to be when I move which is th last weekend in May because that's when I'll have a truck.
